Vastly experienced in all aspects of the Meat & Poultry Industry.
Co-founder and CEO of DB Foods from 1991 to 2020. Before that Ben started a Catering Butchers in his native Dorset and prior even to that (and whilst still at school) he worked his holidays on Smithfield Market.
Ben is proud to be a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers.
ADAM MCGUINNESS

Before that, Adam started life in the meat trade as a Saturday boy at his local Butchers shop. Adam was able to hone his skills in retail butchery and the slaughtering process. Working in the small abattoir, processing private kill and dry aging beef for the shop were all valuable skills that now help him to understand customer needs.
Having developed a love for sales back in those Butcher shop days, Adam's priority now is to assist Brookfield's customers fully. To do so, he feels that it's vital to understand the market, where it's going and the end user's needs.

Dan has always had a sales background ever since leaving school to join the family Fishmonger business in Bridport. Having decided that fish wasn’t his thing (and that there were only so many showers he could take a day to combat the smell), he moved on to direct door to door selling, working his way up to an Area Distributor.
Dan returned to the Food Industry in 2004 to join DB Foods as a Senior Accountant manager. Beyond simply selling, he was engaged in many roles such as Category Management, becoming an intrinsic part of DB’s growth and success.
Choosing to team up once more with previous CEO, Ben Bayer, Dan moved to Brookfield in 2022. As Sales Director the role is another step up for Dan, who is driven by offering his customers the very best quality and service but at prices that are competitive and fair.
